Introduction
If you are researching Ciela AI's agent templates expecting an in-dashboard library of 350+ pre-built, deploy-and-resell AI agents, that product has been retired. This post covers what is actually included today: 200+ n8n workflow templates and 70+ niche demo playbooks, both bundled inside the Client Accelerator program, and how each one is meant to be used.
What Changed
Ciela used to ship a catalog you could browse, deploy, and rebrand directly inside the dashboard as production systems for clients. That in-dashboard library is gone. Ciela's product today is narrower: it is the demo platform for AI agencies and AI consultants, turning a prospect's website into a live, personalized AI demo in minutes. It does not host or run production agents for your clients after the sale.
What survives from the old library, in a different form, are the two resource bundles inside Client Accelerator: the n8n templates and the niche playbooks. Neither is deployed or hosted by Ciela. Both are starting points you build from yourself.
The 200+ n8n Workflow Templates
Client Accelerator includes 200+ n8n workflow templates covering the receptionist, missed-call, and chat-booking workflows across 70+ niches, intake, missed-call recovery, lead qualification, booking, follow-up, and reactivation. These are the delivery side: once you close a client, you import a template into your own n8n instance, connect it to that client's phone, calendar, and CRM, customize it, and that becomes the production system you bill a retainer for.
This is meaningfully different from the old model. Ciela does not host these workflows or ingest results from them. You own and run the n8n instance, the same way you would with a template sourced anywhere else, the value here is starting from a built workflow instead of a blank canvas.
The 70+ Niche Demo Playbooks
The second bundle is 70+ niche demo playbooks: demo angles, business problems, outreach hooks, and offer ideas organized by vertical. These are the pitch side, raw material for deciding what kind of demo to build for a given niche (a dental receptionist demo vs. an HVAC missed-call demo, for instance) and how to talk about it once you have one.
Like the n8n templates, the playbooks are reference material, not something Ciela executes. The outreach hooks are angles and language you use in whatever outreach you run yourself.
How Templates and Playbooks Fit Around the Demo
The three pieces work in sequence, not as three separate products:
- Pick a niche and angle using a demo playbook, if you are not sure what to lead with for a given vertical.
- Build the demo in Ciela, pointing it at the prospect's website to get a live, personalized link in minutes.
- Send the demo through whatever outreach you run, using the playbook's hooks if useful.
- Deliver production work after the close using an n8n template as your starting point, adapted to that specific client.
Ciela's own job stops at step 2. Steps 1, 3, and 4 lean on the included resources but are executed by you.
Getting Started
The templates and playbooks come with Client Accelerator, the $1,499 one-time, 90-day program that also includes the demo software itself (150 personalized demos a month to start), live coaching, and community access. There is no way to buy just the template bundle on its own today.
