Privacy Policy

OpenClaw Consult ("we", "us", "our") operates https://openclawconsult.com. This page tells you exactly what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have written this in plain English on purpose.

1. What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly:

• Application form data — your name, email, phone number, budget range, project description, and how you found us. This is submitted voluntarily when you apply for a project.
• Contact form data — your name, email, company, and message if you reach out via the contact form.
• Basic analytics — if we use a privacy-respecting analytics tool, we may collect anonymised page view counts and referral sources. No personal identifiers are stored.

We do not use tracking pixels, third-party ad networks, or fingerprinting scripts.

2. How we use it

• To evaluate your project application and respond to your enquiry.
• To schedule a discovery call if your project is a fit.
• To send you project-related communications you have asked for.

We will never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.

3. Where data is stored

Submitted form data is logged to a private Google Sheet accessible only to Adhiraj Hangal. Google's infrastructure is governed by their own Privacy Policy. No data is shared with any other third party.

4. Data retention

We keep your enquiry data for up to 12 months after your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. After that it is permanently deleted.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email adhiraj@openclawconsult.com and we will respond within 5 business days.

6. Cookies

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We may use a single session cookie strictly necessary for the site to function. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser.

7. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively change how we handle data already collected without notifying you.
